Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

  1. You can cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting your account > orders or contacting our support.
  2. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery (see below).

Refunds:

  1. Refunds are processed only for:
  2. Canceled orders (before shipping)
  3. Returned items (with valid reason & approval)
  4. Damaged, defective, or wrong products (after verification)
  5. Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., card, UPI) within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Conditions:

  1. Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  2. Product must be:
  3. Unused and in original packaging
  4. With original invoice and tags
  5. Return may be rejected if the product:
  6. Shows signs of use or damage by the customer
  7. Is a non-returnable item (e.g., certain personal or perishable goods)

Seller-wise Policy:

  1. As Daffodeal is a multi-vendor platform, some sellers may have different return/cancellation rules. Always check the product page for seller-specific policies.
