You can cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting your account > orders or contacting our support.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery (see below).
Refunds:
Refunds are processed only for:
Canceled orders (before shipping)
Returned items (with valid reason & approval)
Damaged, defective, or wrong products (after verification)
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., card, UPI) within 5–7 business days after approval.
Return Conditions:
Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Product must be:
Unused and in original packaging
With original invoice and tags
Return may be rejected if the product:
Shows signs of use or damage by the customer
Is a non-returnable item (e.g., certain personal or perishable goods)
Seller-wise Policy:
As Daffodeal is a multi-vendor platform, some sellers may have different return/cancellation rules. Always check the product page for seller-specific policies.
